My husband and I are looking for someone to take over the lease on our beautiful condo near Holland Village. We've fallen in love with a cozy detached house with a garden on the East Coast and are hoping to find a great family looking for an amazing condo/apartment so we can move out before our lease ends. A little bit about the space: it's 2,100/sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, helpers quarters, big kitchen, lots of closet space and amazing lighting! Huge windows for bright light all day. Amenities: big pool (almost always never being used!), gym, parking. The neighbors are really lovely and friendly. We don't have children, but many of the tenants have kids and they're often hanging out together. Also, a short 5-7 minute walk to Holland Village and MRT. Our lease goes until November and you'd be able to renew going forward. Interested? If so, please let me know and we can set up a time for you to visit the condo. 

This is the amazing pool! Lounging chairs for relaxing. Barbecue area for gatherings. The glass area in the left hand side of the photo is the gym, overlooking the pool. Includes: treadmill, elliptical, bike and weights with full wall of mirrors.  My apartment (your future apartment) is on the third floor located where the pink flowers are in the photo.
